Have you always wanted to learn how to juggle? Then here are a few tips. First of all, how to make juggling balls. You need 3 socks (short socks in two different colours), 100 to 150 grams of rice (or red lentils or very small noodles) and cling film (about 25 cm per ball). The rice is placed in the middle of the cling film and a ball is formed. The sock is then pulled over it.
